Philosophical principles of Drs. Bahat, Langer, and Wörhle.
9:30 am Case Presentations
Drs. Bahat, Langer, and Wörhle will each present the initial exam and diagnosis for a patient of their choice, including discussion from their colleagues and the audience, followed by presentation of the treatment.
12:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm - 5:00 pm Individual Lectures
  • Dr. Bahat: Facial esthetics—variations and aging process. Craniofacial growth and its influence on implant placement.
  • Dr. Langer: Cosmetic rescue of previous implants—possibilities and limitations. Horizontal and vertical bone augmentation.
  • Dr. Wörhle: Prosthetic complications. Provisionalization strategies.

  • Dr. Bahat: Algorithm for immediate loading. Three-dimensional bone reconstruction and its limitations. Surgical complications intra- and postoperatively and suggested solutions.
  • Dr. Langer: Immediate extractions—successes and failures, and cosmetic outcomes. Long-term success of difficult bone conditions. Unexpected failures.
  • Dr. Wörhle: Prosthetic contours for esthetic success. Design and material choices for full-arch implant-supported restorations.
12:00 pm Lunch
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Participant Case Discussion
Each attendee will bring a treatment planning case for discussion by audience and speaker panel. Attendees will receive advanced guidance for standardized formatting of their treatment planning case.
